ISS flyby over Singapore on Fri 6 July 2012 from 7:42pm - 7:48pm (above 10 degrees elevation).
I have created this video with detail timings which may be useful for planning your photography/videography shoot.

Such rare confluence of favourable ISS viewing and photography opportunity doesn't happen very frequently in a year. Do check out the satellite imaging guru Thierry Legault's website for more info (Thierry Legault - Astrophotography).
For those without access to a telescope, perhaps can try long exposure "star trail" type of photography to shoot the path of ISS across the sky.
