wow thanks for sharing. read a lot of discussion about this but first time seeing a video about it. 100,000 + of negatives.. does it means she never print any of those? Maybe she just enjoys the process of taking photos and doesn't mind how the photos turn out.

This is what's great photography is about. Every frame is considered and reveals a slice of life, moment and emotion, not just machine gunning everything with the latest and greatest gadget.

Yup, probably no time, no place of her own(makeshift darkroom) & etc.
She work as a Nanny most of her life.

maybe she so altruistic about her work she doesn't feel the urge to show them to anyone, unlike us here who like to post on clubsnap or flickr.
