Meaningless, unless it's getting related to the total amount of users from this country. That would indicate how 'kepo' a certain country's government is.

Does not mean anything. Some of the countries with only 1 request may be violent police-states where they torture the person to get the information directly; instead of asking for indirect data from Facebook.
