his control of exposure is impressive... long exposure without blowing out the highlights..

The ones in the city, especially those near the railing look like something that came out from silent hill.....creepy
 

Any explanation on how it was achieved?

Look at the date and they will tell you ....this is all film work heh.. long exposure and multi exposure techniques, use of heavy neutral density filters and some dark room work to dodge and burn the final prints. Very beautiful work this person does.....

I read abit more about his work....he sells them more as an artist as he is represented at a gallery. I also read he does quite alot of the processing in his dark room too. And get this....all done with Hassy medium format on super fine grain b/w film heheheh....
