I am about to cover an event at Singapore Conference Hall in coming months. May members with past experience of this hall advise me on the following

-- suitable location to take shots of stage performances
-- quality of lighting available on the stage for performance

Based on the above information, may members advise the following "newbie" questions

-- if high ISO setting on the DSLR camera be essential for the stage performance
-- recommended focal length of lens
