Yah.......I use photoshop to blend in an old paper to it.

Nice..like the mood of this picture it protrays...

For me...I prefer it to be slightly more assymetric...gives me a feeling that she is more "alone"

Put a texture on a new layer and try different blending mode. I used Overlay here.
