Minolta 200 f2.8 APO G + Tamron SP2x TC @ f8 ISO 200

Minolta 200mm f2.8 APO G + KM 2x APO TC + Tamron SP 2x TC @ f11 ISO800

I am impressed with the quality of the lens even with 2 stack of TC.... I find the image quality is almost identical for Tamron SP 2x TC and KM 2x APO TC

Any opinion?

However in Aust, KM 2x TC APO is A$1050 and Tamron SP 2x TC is $350.

err.. I read sulhan's first thread 3rd party can be posted. So I did. The shots are bit darky but definitely not under exposed. I can still see many details in the shadow area on my LCD.

Opps, Tokrot, my mistake about not being able to post 3rd party lens samples. But I still think the pics look under exposed, perhaps on my monitor. Btw, can minolta film users posts pics too? The pics would be scanned so I think no point having 100% crops.

Tricky shots you got there... The shots by the 17-35(D) seems to be off-focus though? First one seems to be focussed on the background, 2nd seems to be hand-shake and 3rd the depth of field seems not deep enough... The 50mm f1.4 shots seems nice and sharp.
