I notice no one has posted images of taken by this wonderful camera. I hope by starting this thread more owners can post their pictures here.

#1 Went plane spotting at Changi Creek last Sunday. All images taken at the maximum optical zoom of 600mm.

I like pana, I used to have fz35, and am still using lx3.
I've taken a look at this cam, it's tempting, but a bit pricey (given the spec, i have to admit it may be considered "relatively" inexpensive).
anyway, will recommend this thread if anyone ask me to recommend their 1st serious cam, but don't want a dslr.

Yup, I love the Panasonic too. Started off with the FZ18 and was impressed with the image quality enough to upgrade to this latest model with the constant f2.8 aperture. I am also using the LX5 which has better noise control than FZ200 due mainly to sensor size. This will be my travel camera from now on.
