I personally feel it is a wise move on Konica Minolta to incorporate a image stabilizer in their slr bodies instead of lenses compared to Nikon and Canon. Will it be more economical for the system user in the long term??What do your guys think???
if it's on the body, even the cheapest lens can have IS. but if its on the lens, only that lens' going to have IS. of course having it on the body is best
1) your lens varies from 12 mm to say 200 for most users and more to like 600mm. The anti-shake mechanism must try to cater for all these conditions. How can it cater much less optimize?
2) AS/VR/IS spoil on camera, that feature is totally spoil. On lens, change lens.
