First, host your image somewhere like flickr.
Link your image from there.
For flickr, go to share this > grab the HTML/Bb code > select bbcode and required size > paste the link here

Please search or google for a detailed guide.

Another piece of advise for you. Always search or google before raising question. Many of them has been raised before. Fellow bro put in alot of effort to write up guides. Yeah. So search before asking, that's how knowledge management work.
