Hi all,

I am planning to try out some wedding day shots for my friend... as an apprentice/back up/experimental...... I've read up on all teh DOs and DO NOTs... very useful.

QUestion:

May I know what lense is good for events like that? Prob at at home and church in the day, then chinese restaurant/ballroom at night?

And what ISO will you use? 800/1600? and PP to reduce the grain?

Just a newbie to DSLR who needs lots of advice here. :D

any lens have focal length range from 18mm to 55mm, 85mm or 135mm on a 1.5x crop factor DSLR.

a powerful flash,

lots of batteries for camera and flash.

lots of CF cards

using various ISO, can be , ISO 200 ~ ISO 800from outdoor to indoor.

if only print on 4R prints, ISO 800 are fine, don't need to pp, unless you screw up the exposure.
