If i want to start a CAREER as a photographer, which route is preferred?

What type of recognise photography course should i study?
i am a casual photographer, without any photography course background. if i want to go serious in photography, how should i plan my next few years?

I need useful inputs from u guys thanks.

eh, is it that neccessary to get a degree for photography (if there's one)?

well , it almost good to set yourself with a direction. education or degree will not promise u sucess in anything but open up your eyes more .

decide wat type of photogrpher u want be or become? than plan your path toward it .

1 thing i learn from "war photographer" ( i will pass it to u) is how much r u willin to commit to this "hobby".

1) know what you want
2) know what you want to shoot
3) know what kind of photographer you want to be
4) prepare your portfolio
5) alot of guts
6) serious, don't ask too much, just jump into it, if you know too much you probably won't want to take the risk.
