Hi guys,

I planning a visitation to St luke hospital this Nov for primary school caring program for a uniform group. We plan to give each elderly a gift but only have $1 per ppl as we have no budget for gift.

Anyone have loban for $1 gift suitable for them.

2 apples or oranges. Or handmade bookmark/card to wish them get well soon?

1) We need to pack before hand and goods must not be perishable.
2) We need about ~300 gift so not too much work for pre-pack work. We just want to pack the things only.

What I did last two times is a ikea cup ($0.90) + 1 instax milo ($0.20) + 1 instax soya ($0.20) and just pack together.

the ikea thing is a great idea.. why don't you try and write in to Ikea to see if they can see you the cup cheaper? :p

Kudos to you for the gesture.

Ultimately its the thought that counts.

Spending time with them will be priceless.

As for the present, food is nice - talk to NTUC

How about a photograph, with the elderly and the child perhaps?

It will require more effort but will mean more.

The cup is nice too and I do know they can discuss special terms.

Good luck
