hi,

i am new to photography. I am using Nikon D60.. i try to take picture at noon time(under sunlight ^^), but my result is not so sharp.. a bit dark...

what is the tips to take picture under sunlight and still get the picture in high resolution?

Contrast is probably too high.

If the subject is in the shade or has the light behind it, then you may want to use flash to fill-in the shadow areas.
 

i'm not really getting the picture here...
you mind showing us some pictures? :)
 

The metering is compensating for the brighter sky...

try spot metering the subject (i.e. the fountain and you may get better end products)

Alternatively, if you have shot in RAW, you can bring up the exposure levels during conversion.
 

tink u need to wait for better light, eg strong side light w blue sky.

as for sharpness may got to do w focusing, hand shake.
 

Different time of day, different light, different angle of light too...

Cannot compare.
