hey guys... i juz get a call from my fren, he help me find D50 @ $1288... i not sure izit okie wif it, sorry for din do my homework well... i not sure how wide is the range of lens for D50 can b use... hope u guys can advice me abit...

I see that the D50 is not carried by many stores, even Mustafa.
I would recommend that you not buy the D50 and either get the D40 or D80.

Can use other lenses as well, BUT manual focus. So it's not that you can ONLY use AF-s lenses.

so by the time u done manual focus, pretty girl walk off liaoz... get D80.
i oso selling my d50...well.. my opinions as a nikon fanboy.. oops.. :X
at least to me i feel the d40 has a better image processing engine as compared to the d70. nikon isnt really that dumb to "cripple" their latest cameras that much..
and manual focus with prime lenses isnt that bad actually, there is a yellow dot that will light up when you are in focus. just spin the ring..

For that price, can buy a D70s body and the 18-55 kit lens separately. Unless you prefer a smaller body.
