Having to tackle many issues alone when younger,I've learned to seperate emotions from thoughts completely.
The only emotions that eat me up is anger and sadness still.

Saddness as in being miserable, unable to forgive, wanting to deceive or being ungrateful
can be controlled. The same with anger.

I think selfishness is really a tricky subject for discussion.
