Anyone knows anything about this website??

How can we take it down??

If not lawful, how about unlawful?

Hoho,

By posting that link here, you are like telling more pple about it. :p

There are 101 such sites out there, if your pics are being leeched there, you can send the administrator a mail. If they refuse to remove it, only then you consider further actions. In fact, that's what we did the last round, I think.

That'll only give others a chance to take you down too. :p

BTW, visiting that site just to check the pictures will only increase their hit rates.

Don't think so....

Heard the website is protected by the law

It's an untouchable website

Insider's info

Very reliable one too ;)

I see, so you have some insider infos that this site is special, and protected by the law. That's great.

So, what's it protected under? Which chapter, which section? And against what?

I dun see how it can be lawful... by editing other people's picture and placing it on the site without permission, it's already illegal.
Under Singapore's intellectual laws now, that is an automatic infringement whether the owners of the site are aware of it or not. And by editing the pictures discriminately, they can also be charged under a clause for vandalism.

Also, some other sites charges money for transfering the pictures to MMS for handphones, though the service is perfectly legal, the content of transaction is not.

and a site known for hidden cameras and peeping-voyeuristic shots is protected? what a joke - nice try.

If the photographs were taken by the contributors themselves, or if the images were determined to be public domain, then legally they can post the pics.

Yup, the site has its backside covered. It's not pornographic, and the pics are taken in public places.
