I rermember TK Foto selling one brand (cannot remember) that is exectly the same as Hoya Pro series at a much lower price and they are made by the same manufacturer if I am not wrong.
Not really true. I have been using Hoya filters for years. So far I have no problem cleaning them. Except, I must say that they get scratched quite easily. I just replace them if the scratches are bad.
Both Tokina and Kenko are made by Hoya. In fact, they are exactly the same except for the brand.
