usually there are so many AF points but do you always use all? like the 20D it has 9 points AF

would like to hear from ppl in here,

1) do you use only AF at only one point then recompose your shots
2) use all available AF points let your camera decides where to focus?

I always use the centre focusing point of my EOS 30. Works very well for all conditions!

depends on situation, my D50 only 5 points, so I will switch the focus points whenever I need. if not i will only use the center one =)

Most of the time I use only the centre AF point which is also the most accurate, then recompose and shoot. However, if you shoot sports or birds, multiple AF points can come in really useful especially for fast moving objects.

Agree, especially useful when using with the 1D series 45-point bodies.
