How to upload photo to gallery

hi guys & gals,

could someone advice mi how to upload pic into gallery for pple to review my photo shot. cos i m newbie n would like to seek some guidance thru pple reviewing my photo and gif guidance. i face some difficulty on uploading my photo. my photo file is jpeg around 3mb to 6mb.

how could i go abt it to downsize my file so tat can upload on gallery for u guys & gals review & guidance? pls kindly help mi, thank u.
