A colleague gave me her Nokia 3310.

The problem is I cant start using it yet as it keeps asking me for
the security code and my colleague has forgotten what the code is.

I understand that one way to solve the problem is to visit Nokia Care
Centre for help. Are there any other alternatives?

TIA.

Not sure if that phone still under warranty. If it is, you should have use the magic words "Please upgrade the firmware". That will reset everything back to default. :bsmilie:
