how to train muscles on arm ... ???

It depend on which set of muscle you wan to train and thus the different way to do it.

The simple way, go to a gym and ask those muscle man there abt it. I'm sure they will impart some of their knowledge to you if you just talk to them nicely......

e.g.
1st set 5lbs x 20 times
2nd set 10lbs x 20 times
3rd set 15lbs x 20 times
4th set 5lbs x 20 times

dont do everyday on the same muscle group. let your muscle recover for about 24-48 hours.

to tone, dont need too heavy weights. heavy weights for creating bulk.

just by this indicates that beivied goes to the gym and works out alot...

Pushups work the chest more than the triceps unless u keep your elbows to the side of your body. But then that's not good for your elbows cos of the strain. Good exercise for triceps would be the tricep kickback, which does not put so much strain on the elbow.

Photographers carrying heavy gear to shoot actually work more on the biceps, upper chest and deltoids (shoulders).
