How to take movement picture using a DC?

As I wish I have one DSLR for me to take movement picture example people playing beach volley ball. But then for DC will have a delay and the outcome will be faded or blur.

Bigger aperture and faster shutterspeed ... you may need to bump up your ISO setting too.

The auto-focus lag is a real drawback - workaround : Pre-focus first.
