How to subtract 13 hours from EXIF data?

Hi. I was happily shooting away in NY forgetting to set my camera date and time settings to NY time. right now, i have like hundreds of photos all having exif info faster by 13 hours. is there any feebies that can bulk process all my photos by subtracting 13 hours from heir exif?

i'm not sure if EXIF data can be so easily manipulated.

i had no problems with the jpeg files. was able to find a software that changes it. but i am having problems with the raw files.

Have you looked at ExifTool? Should handle raw files fine.
