start very early in the mornings - different timing, different effect

meter on the sun rays and then bracket the shots. To shoot for ambience, up your ISO according to the density of the vegetation

tks sniperD. noted the first part. Will be there before 7am....

but your 2nd part.....i catch no ball....(still a very newbie :embrass: )

"bracket the shots" meaning taking 3 shots, plus/minus ev...like+1/3 and -1/3 ev?....

"ISO according to the density of the vegetation".... if its mainly trees? what iso will you use?

tks again :)

yes.. bracket means giving it a +/- ev compensation but it doesn't really need to follow 1/3.. you can go even to 1 full stop if you want.

ISO accordance is up to you. it's more for ambience capturing. Experiment it and you will know what I mean when you take the same shot with the same shutter speed and aperture but adjust the ISO gradually.
