Any tips and tricks ? What I did was to either lighten the dark eye rings, or clone the lighter areas under the eye bags to cover the darker spots, and apply gaussian blur to the whole area...

yeap healin brush is quite good... also it would be better to reduce the opacity slightly to perhaps show a bit of the bag so tt it wont be too unnatural
