How to recover NEF from CF Card? HELP!

The file format suppose to be stored in CF card is DSC_XXXX.NEF.
Somehow, some pictures are stored as DQC]XXXX.NEF, which is not
viewable from the camera and computer. Cannot copy too.
Is that possible to recover these pictures?

Why is that my camera sometimes store the picture as DQC]???
Card reader slot of the camera spoiled?

try copying from another card reader? Or try connecting the camera to your PC with a USB cable? Or try renaming the file before copying out first?
