How to Mount Ceiling Tracks for Studio Lights

Hi guys,

Not sure where to post this question so I guess I'll just post it here.

I'm thinking of getting the ceiling tracks for studio lights from PQ23's MO, but I'm not sure how to mount them to the ceiling. My studios has a false ceiling with ceiling boards so it makes matters even more complicated.

Anyone has ideas about this?
