I am using A7iii and i cant seem to open my raw files in lightroom. I am using version 6.12. I have tried downloading Exiftool but i can't open it. can anyone be kind enough to help?
Version 6.12 sounds like the older stand-alone version. Have you checked for updates?
Alternatively, use the Adobe DNG converter (free) to convert the Sony Raw files into DNG format, them import into LR.
