How to make international calls using fixed line phone?

How do i make international calls? Do i need any kind of registration/subscription to Singtel?

as far as i know, any ground line can make international calls, unless u suspend it.

If u have Singtel fixed lines, u can make IDD calls viz Singtel, ie 001, 019, etc..

If u have singtel finxed lines and u wish to make IDD calls viz Starhub (008) or M1 (002), u need to register with Starhub or M1.
