how to link image from Clubsnap webspace into the forum

Been searching for the right thread to show me how to insert an image here from my clubsnap webspace as I only get a red cross in a white box all the time when I try to link :dunno: but I have not been able to locate that thread...

Any kind souls care to educate me on linking an image here. Thanks

Put the url link to your image inbetween the tag

You need to have the full path and file name of your image like this

http://lee2003.clubsnap.org/gallery/albums/Israel/IMG_1554e.sized.jpg

and then put this into the img tags like this

Notice your last closing tag, it WRONG, it slashing the wrong direction
should be

You have an extra set of "http://" in your link.

How come I can only link the picture Kei showed but when I try to retrieve other pictures to link. It does not work.. :sweat:

Step: Go to your gallery, right click on the picture you want to post (full frame picture). Then a pop up and click on Properties to get the fully qualified URL. Copy that URL and embedded the tag in between the

Note: The opening tag and closing tag MUST be correctly spelled if not won't work.

1) Your first problem
Make sure your link ending with JPG (right click on your image to get the link)

and not (don't copy directly the URL from the address bar, sometimes it just a html or someting else)

2) 2nd problem
Your pix must begin with

with the URL embedded in between this 2 tags.
Example:

In your last posting, your URL is not working, that why you can't see the picture.


If no picture come out:
1) Check your URL link
2) Check your tagging
3) Server might be down
4) Unexpected problem
