try slight USM and alittle colour management.... enhance the colours...

Well, you keyed in the url as "http://http://img68.exs.cx/img68/7899/nic4gers.jpg".

You should put '[img]' in front of 'http://img68.exs.cx/img68/7899/nic4gers.jpg' and '' at the end.

When you say better, it depends on what your definition of better is. Would you consider this as better?

basically, i saturated the colors, reduce the noise, and add borders. simple

add a simple border only, not too much effort
