How to create orbs like these in photos?

Those orbs of light r lens flare lah.......usually happened when sunlight/spotlight got reflected in the lens....

But the one in the picture is digitally added... look under filters->render->lens flare (I think)..

thanks, now i know it's called lens flare.

Under Photoshop use render and choose lens flare loRz~ Then adjust the lens flare direction and brightness
