how to close post and open thread

Look at the grey bar right above the first post in your thread. Look on the right of the bar. There is a "Administrative" option. Click that and you can see Close Thread.

if your surfing CS with computer, you will able to see thread menu at top right hand above the initial post,

click open thread tools, select "close thread" and click proceed.
