How much will it cost to clean a manual focus 50mm lens?

Just wonderig how much it'll cost to clean a 50mm manual focus lens (fungus inside)? Worth it?

if there is fungus inside, the person might want to change the element inside.

I have recently cleaned my 50mm nikkor lens 1.2, but he changed the 2nd element inside for me.
It cost me $200. its around 60-70 for simple cleaning.

I did it at the camera hospital, bencoolen street

Thanks Stefen for the info. Guess I won't clean it 'cause it's too much for an old manual lens. Actually a CSer wants to sell an old manual focus lens to me, but has fungus inside.

It's a 50mm f1.4 MF lens. I'll give it a pass and just got another deal instead.

Nikon len? Maybe u can sell it off cheap and top up cash to get another used len. Shd be about price u pay to clean it anyway.

Actually a CSer wants to sell an old manual focus lens to me, but has fungus inside. It's a 50mm f1.4 MF lens.

I have a manual Nikkor 50mm f1.4 recently cleaned by Camera Hospital. Now looks new even though lens is old. Has been kept in dry cabinet since then, so no more fungus.

Will sell if somebody makes me a good offer. Please PM or sms me at 9424 6696

Otherwise will keep and hopefully one day discover the goodness of the 50mm!

Nope, it's a Pentax lens. Just got another deal. Don't wanna bother cleaning this kind of old and cheap lens anyway.
