average i shoot about 2 hours a day

average i spent 6 hours editing every day

based on a month's work

shoot about 70 hours a month

editing about 180 hours a month

only shoot for two to three days per week.
each time ard 2 hours, unless there is event.

spend only 1-2 hours editing the photos one to two days per week.

my general guideline is for every time you queeze the trigger, its going to cost you about 7 mins of processing time, including downloading pics from your CF, PP, saving changes, burning to disc and/ or emailing resized pics for preview. unless you're a bo-chap "point and shoot direct to yahoo albums" kinda guy.

for me, if i am doing ROM assignments, a typical ROM assignment will take about 2 hours. here or there. i will normally shoot about 300 plus pictures. when reach home, will download to computer, basic minimal editing which includes changing of colours and exposure edits. nothing too fancy on PS. as i am not required to do that...

most probably take up another hour ba.

for AD assignments longer because got more photos to look through and filter out the good ones and some will have to go through PS to enhance effects.

but if editing on PS is concerned i believe it is going to take up much more time.

Now got more time spend about 2-3 hours per week if shooting for fun or up to 8 hours per week if got assigments. Post processing normaly takes up the same or much greater amount of time...

my workfolow is very 'lay cheh', gotten a editor to help me remove 'bad spots', double chin, red eye, etc:sweat:

5 min on average to process a pic for Flickr. So, hmm, I've spent about 9935 mins processing (considering the amount of pics on flickr)

back up (40000 pics) takes about 3.5 hrs to name, create folders, everything.

shooting ah........ummm. Dun ask.
