J-Chan Senior Member Sep 21, 2005 2,360 1 0 Sep 15, 2007 #6 well, depends on the power consumption of your camera.. my S2IS also uses AA, usually 1 set of rechargables is enough.. of cos with AA batts, if you run out of juice you can just head to the nearest 7-11 to get a fresh set..
