How does fungus looks like ....

eh .. friends ... i got a qns .. recently got my filter out from my drawer which was left inside for abt 3 months ... i found tat there's a 'web-like' spots found on the filter glass ... i tried rubbing it off with a cotton bud, but it just got worst, but i did clean it with lens cleaner, with a piece of cloth ... it looks alright now ... just wanna know , is tat fungus??? or just some dust .. ?
