1. After shooting, rename the filename of CF memory cards using PC to identify what's the event, place taken.

2. Back-up the CF memory cards to 2 difference HDD.
2a. HDD 1, running order ddmmyyyycc folder (always untouch)
2b. HDD 2, running yyyy with cat folder (always untouch)

3. Convert those pics you want to post and save under another folder for web posting plus cat

And how do you want to get new prints when the old ones got spoiled or damaged? The quotation does not refer to moving from film to digital.
