Every morning after I put on my glasses I can see some worms crawling on it,
white and the size of a hair. It's barely visible however I can see it crawling
when put the glasses against light.

What is its name? How do I kill them all from my table?

What lens can I use to take a good photo of it?

Ewww! Are you sure they're really there? You haven't been taking Substance D, have you? :bsmilie:

Yes, but what can I do? ;p It's more often when it's rainy days I observe..

I am not sure what happened but maybe it's unhygeine of my room? Sometimes I saw
them crawling on my unused laptop screen also. Are they dustmites?

I want to find out the cause/solution.. and am I alone with this problem?

See if alcohol or Dettol kills them, find out where they come from, and douse liberally. And I'd really like to see a photo if you manage to take one.

Edit : Google dust mites and see if they look anything like that.

Since they are so small, I just rub 'em off or wipe with tissue..

yes unless I can magnify them by 100s of times then I can compare against the dustmite photos..

It's this i guess.

When you said worms the size of a hair, I thought they were longish - I guess not?

Wikipedia says dust mites are killed by sunlight. Maybe sun your mattress / pillows?

ah! if it's length, I would have freaked out already..

these are just little white dots.. but usually thought dust mites ain't that visible.

You can try the 'Beetle', A instant steam cleaner to do the job. Steam the walls and windows/grills in your rooms. I bought the Beetle last time from a DIY store. Hope it helps.
