how do i do a round edge?

how do i crop away the 4 corners of an image so that its appears round instead of the typical square one with cs2?

Open a new image canvas with a size you wanna have, background transparent
Drop image into new canvas as new layer
Select Rounded Rectangle tool
Set Radius
Drag & Pull (prefer to have snap grid)
Right click, make selection
up to u to feather
select inverse
cut... viola...
