Can also try Punggol Park, Sembanwang Park, got many tall trees, open grassland, but no rocks.
The place near to MITA Building also looks interesting.

where MITA building?

MITA Building is in- between Clarke Quay and Fort Canning, somewhere near Funan Centre. The building has many colourful windows; but what I meant was the area nearby, not the building itself.

go bukit batok nature reserve... there is a nice quarry clift there with water body at the end of the park.
