i think the take is good, how vibrant can it if the birs is black

I think the colours are quite accurate - bright, but not overdone. About the only thing that I think could be improved is that the feathers on the rear head of the bird are cut off.

On a more artsy-farsty level, I'm not sure that the picture adds anything new to the genre - i.e. there are probably a lot of shots like this. Then again, not every picture has to be "artsy". I still find the picture very nice. But, to be fair, the niceness of the picture is probably first and foremost due to the beautiful model, and only then the photographer.
