Homex Coolconnect FTP

Not sure if this one applies here... anyway... is anybody having difficulties FTPing to Homex Coolconnect? Tried logging in but it complains of Login Failure. The username and password couldn't be wrong coz I can use it to login to the Web interface just fine.

Anybody?

Hmm... I hope that this is just a technical problem on their part. I hope they're not thinking of charging for the FTP uploading capability!
