Do you keep a home inventory? If not home contents, then at least inventory of your photo equipment - camera bodies, lenses, filters, flashes, etc... Have used Excel for this.
Microsoft Access is not so user friendly. Also have other database software suc has Form Maker, but find Excel more flexible.

not so rich to afford so many equipments that i need to record down :sweat:

Make sure you write down the value or amount you paid for your valuables, canera equipment etc. Else, after you die, your loved ones will sell it to the karang guni for a pittance hahahaha!
