Will be going to Rajasthan from Feb to March. I noticed that one of the main festivals is Holi and is very keen on taking photos of the event. If I am not wrong, the actual day is the 1st march with the elephant festival the day before.

With my little research, the area of Jaipur seems to come up most often, does it mean that the celebrations in other areas of Rajasthan are more subdued?
Any one with experiences/tips to share?
