Oh please, the People's Republic of China (PRC) are more capitalist than anyone could ever be (albeit the market is liberalised with state-owned enterprises). Are there still people who feels the Communist Party of China (CPC) is embracing the nature of socialism other than as a symbolic gesture paying heritage to the reasons for their very sole existence?Democracy in a Communist system?
The Hong Kong people are just sick of their city being destroyed by giant robots and Kaijus. They protect because they seek protection.

What we are observing is just 1 side of the entire story. Why would the west, especially the Bristish suddenly show so much concerns on democracy when they ruled 100 years with their own governor?
I saw some pics of kwailos handing out sausages and burgers.
They must be the insidious foreign forces which support the movement, that Beijing are so fearful of
Like SG no ?????
Some HK people like to be ruled by Kwailos than by their own people. Some protestors were waving HK British colonial flags several months ago.
That colonial superior mindset is still very much embedded in many minds. It the the work of media through movies, etc. sad but true.
And their 'elected' governor is a puppet.....
Ever since china took over HK, HK ppl had been suffering silently over China's influence It doesn't help when thousands of PRCs flock to HK to buy milk powder, diaper, litter their streets, display their crude behavior in public areas HK ppl is getting fed up with them. And their 'elected' governor is a puppet.....
