Many have adjusted the subtitles to suit their particular comedy. However, the actor who played the role of Hitler acted well.
Of course, in real life they would not have behaved that way, even in defeat. They were never say die types.
They would be plotting the integration and re-emergence of Nazi followers into a post-WW2 Germany. They seemed to have succeeded.

I have seen another scene of this movie being edited for parody and comedy. Pity about the bad spelling in this subtitles. I suspect the person who made it must be familiar with Melbourne and the Brunswick suburb.
