I think most high speed are Firewire Card Reader. Very hard to find and cost 2 to 3 times the price of a good High Speed USB 2.0 Card Reader. Can try Sandisk Firewire Card reader. Most likely you will need to buy from Internet.

i'm using sandisk imagemate all-in-one card reader..USB 2.0..download speed is not bad, transferred ~3.5GB of photos from my CF to desktop under 3mins

Where did u buy it from? I asked around in SLS but couldn't find it.
How much does it cost?
I wonder if it is worth the price.

bought from alan photo at SLS for $55...walked the whole SLS and only AP carried the stock. i think CP also carries it but i'm not v sure

Thanks... yeah, I asked at many shops at SLS and they didn't have it too.
It is rather expensive... do you think the price premium is worth it?

I'm looking fot a high speed USB card reader not so ex...

yea i think it's worth it. fast speeds, reads almost all types of cards (microSDHC, miniSD, SD/HC, MMC, memory sticks, xD (M/H)). primary reason i bought this card reader is because my old reader couldnt read my new SDHC cards
