I'm going to Zhongdian near late December and I was wondering which filter I should get for the D40. I understand that a dslr isn't sensitive to uv light, but what about at high altitude? (3000+ m).
As such, should I get a Hoya UV or Nikon NC? :dunno:

PS: A B+W is way out of my budget range. Btw, I'm using the kit lens.
